Two years ago I chose to rent my jumper from a different company (I don't remember their name). The prices were comparable to Astro Jumps, but the service was horrible. No need to got into detail aside from the fact that a complete reimbursement of the cost of the rental was still not enough to make me feel better about the experience. So last year I went with Astro Jump and I was impressed with the knowledgeable staff and a huge assortment of bounce houses and water slides to choose from a well as food stations and games. This year Astro Jump sent a flyer in the mail two months before my kids birthday party. I love that. They delivered the jumper on time, picked it up when they said they would, and both drivers were friendly and courteous. The icing on the cake though, just arrived in my mail box. A thank you note. It doesn't come off as cheesy, it's just a nice touch. |
