Wow, from start to finish I had a great experience with this company. We rented a water slide for my son's birthday in early August. The customer service reps were helpful and patient during the reservation. There were two calls to confirm and let us know what time the driver would arrive. The driver was exactly on time to drop off. Set-up was quick and he made sure to tie down the unit. The equipment itself was perfectly clean and in excellent condition - much better than what I had last year from a different company. The driver was exactly on time to pick up. I received a thank you letter a couple days after our event. I was blown away by the high level of customer service. I will always use and recommend Astro Jump of San Jose.
