DRIVER OPPORTUNITY

Astro Jump® and Astro Events®  have offices throughout the US.  If you have interest in making $200-$500 working weekends, being the "hero" to kids parties, and have either a pickup, SUV, or other vehicle capable of towing up to 2,000 lbs, read on.  You will be delivering 3 or more of the Astro Jump® (s) shown on this page.  Your duties will be detailed below.  You will work directly for one of our local affiliates.

Your duties will include: 

1) Delivering Astro Jump(s)® in  your truck to customers for home and park parties, company picnics, and other types of scheduled events in a timely, reliable manner.  Failure to do so will leave 10-20 kids sitting on a curb very disappointed about Astro Events® broken promise of awesome fun for their party!

Your Tasks will include:
Loading jumps, blowers, possibly generators into your truck. Delivering, placing, inflating, anchoring and from time to time cleaning the exterior and/or interior surface as needed.

Obtaining the customers signatures on the Rental Contract and Liability Waiver. Explaining the Rental Contract and/or Liability Waiver and collecting the fee from the customer.

Returning (usually) to the same party location and reloading the unit with the accompanying items and returning and off loading at our warehouse location.  Delivery locations are usually in the city and surrounding communities but may, from time to time, extend to out-lying locations.

Deliveries and pick-ups are typically completed from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Parties usually span a four to eight hour period, therefore, a one to four hour break may occur between a drivers last delivery and the first pickup.

Compensation is paid at a fixed rate for each delivery and pick-up. Compensation is based on each piece of equipment plus an allowable milage expense reimbursement.

Candidates:
MUST be at least 18 years of age
MUST have an outgoing and congenial personality and enjoy dealing with the public,
especially children.
MUST be capable of moving, assisted by a moving dolly, equipment  weighing a minimum of 225 lbs.
MUST have a valid drivers license with no restrictions.
MUST provide proof of insurance and permit our company to be named (at our expense) as additionally insured on the insurance policy.
Drivers’ vehicle MUST be mechanically reliable with fully functional brakes and tires.
